Lou Pambianco, Managing Director Corporate Development Partners
Lou Pambianco has over twenty five years experience growing successful high technology companies. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of Corporate Development Partners, Lou has assisted early stage companies in achieving exceptional results by reducing cycle time and accelerating growth and building effective and enduring teams. Many of the early stage companies Lou has assisted have grown into major enterprises. Among them are Intel, Cisco, Compaq and Conner Peripherals. Lou has served as Interim General Manager of Integrated Productivity Solutions at LAM Research and as COO at ServGate Technologies Inc.
As a consultant to the CEO and Founder of Conner Peripherals, Lou and CDP developed a road map for accelerated growth and Speed-To-Market/Speed-To-Revenue that helped Conner Peripherals grow to a billion dollars in revenue in four and one half years.
Mr. Pambianco holds a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University where he also received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Humanities. He has taught as an adjunct professor in the Graduate Engineering Management Department and the Graduate Counseling Psychology Department at Santa Clara University as well as the University of California. His hobby is competitive sailboat racing.
Ken Marineau, Co-Founder and Senior Partner
In 1987, Ken Marineau co-founded Corporate Development Partners (CDP), a regional, general management consulting firm serving the High Technology Industry. In 1994, Ken became Sr. Partner focusing on development of CDPís Speed to Market practice, including a proprietary model derived from Fortune 1000 clients in Silicon Valley.
He currently leads client engagements in: alignment of vision-strategy with operations, Speed to Market initiatives, and organization development/change programs enabling faster revenue growth and higher productivity. His client work is based on long term relationships, tangible deliverables, and achievement of high impact results.
Kenís industry experience includes: semi-conductor equipment, disc drives, data base and applications software, explosive detection systems, digital content distribution, CRM, Optical Fiber and Biotech. Prior to co-founding CDP, he held director level positions in a number of high technology companies such as Consolidated Video Systems, Harris Corporation/Broadcast Systems, Calma, and General Electric. He has held leadership roles in business unit strategy, product marketing, organization development/human resources, and systems analysis.
Ken currently serves on the Board of D-BAM, a privately held Application Service Provider, and previously served on the Board of Directors for a privately held digital content provider. He is an active member of the Product Development Management Association, a Director with the Alliance of CEOís, and a member of Keiretsu Forum. Ken earned a B.S. degree in Industrial Technology from California State University and h an MBA from the University of Southern California.
Walter (Jim) Klippert, Senior Partner
Jim Klippert has 40 years of experience in engineering, product development, operations and executive management in both large corporations and startups. Jim works jointly with executive management teams to develop strategic positioning and speed-to-market programs that create sustainable competitive advantages.
Jim has served as vice president, executive vice president, COO and CTO in large and small technology companies ranging from chemicals manufacturing to semiconductor capital equipment. Large companies include Procter and Gamble, Kaiser Aluminum and Chemical and Lam Research.
Jimís professional management consulting experience includes Arthur D. Little, Inc., Intertechnology Associates and Corporate Development Partners. As a consulting teacher he has taught high-level courses in silicon plasma etch, defectivity management and semiconductor process tool matching.
Jim holds B.Ch.E. and M. Eng (Chem) degrees from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
